Istanbul is implementing a paid entry system in the busy districts of Eminonu and Kadikoy to combat traffic congestion. Known as Congestion Pricing, this initiative aims to reduce density, promote public transport, and enhance urban life quality. Following pilot evaluations, the system could expand throughout the city, aiming for greener transportation.
